Volume of Light, a creative project by photographer Thomas
Brown explores the bond between artist and viewer in the context
of authorship. Creating a series of images featuring scrunched-up
pieces of paper, the artist invites viewers to adopt his artworks,
assigning their personal perception and a title to them that will
appear alongside the original captions. With this collaborative
approach, a permanent link is created between artist and viewer,
culminating in a limited edition book.
