HANS OLSEN
Danish
designer Hans Olsen was one of the more enigmatic figures of the
mid-century modern movement, known for a distinctive style that
focused on principles of ergonomics and anthropometry (the study
of human body measurements). The model 107 lounge chair is one of
his signature pieces: made from birch and teak plywood, its
sculptural shape is designed for comfort and support.
