Our online store is currently operating as normal, with high safety measures being taken at our warehouse. However due to the current restrictions, you may experience some delays in delivery and returns.

Our customer service teams are currently experiencing a delay in response. We aim to reply to emails within 3 days, and aim to answer any calls within 10 minutes. During busy times, it may take longer to get through on our phone lines, but we thank you for your patience. We are doing everything we can to get back to you as soon as possible.

During this difficult time, the safety of our customers and COS staff members worldwide is our highest priority.
