We’re currently busier than usual and experiencing delays with order processing. An estimated delivery time will be provided at the checkout for all purchases. We are working as fast as we can and as soon as your order is ready, we will notify you with a shipping confirmation email. Thank you for your patience during this busy time.

What delivery options do I have?
You can choose between Standard Home Delivery, Standard Pickup Location, Express Home Delivery and Express Pickup Location:

Standard Home Delivery (6 € / Free over 100 €):
We will deliver your purchase within 2-3 working days after receiving your order confirmation.

Standard Pickup Location (6 € / Free over 100 €):
We will deliver your purchase within 2-3 working days after receiving your order confirmation.

Delivery to a Pickup Location: select Standard Pickup Location or Express Pickup Location as delivery option in the checkout and search for a convenient Parcel Shop by entering a postcode. If you nominate someone else to pick up the parcel on your behalf, they must bring your ID and the Pickup code as well as their own ID.

Express Home Delivery (12 €, 1-2 days):
We also offer a next working day delivery for orders placed before 2:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two working days. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

Express Pickup Location (12 €, 1-2 days):

Please note that during busy sale periods, extreme weather conditions or unforeseen events, express services may not be available and delivery times can take longer than usual.

We are unable to ship to Helgoland and Busingen.

How can I track my parcel?

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded. You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.

Where does COS deliver?
Items ordered in Germany can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in Germany. We do not ship to the overseas territories (Island Helgoland and area of Busingen).

Online shopping outside the country of residence
If you would like to order something while you are abroad, change the shipping country to match your current location and provide a local delivery address.

Undeliverable parcels
If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option it will automatically be returned to COS.
