We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to send it back to us. We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay, and we ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.

If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means...
- clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains)
- unworn
- unwashed

When you try on shoes, please do so on a soft, carpeted surface so that the soles are not damaged and return them in their original shoe box as it is part of the product.
For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, bodies and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, and all swimwear must still have the hygiene strip. Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores.

How to return:

If you’d like to return something, please visit UPS. You’ll need to book your return online, print the return label and schedule your pick up.
Your return will cost $25 USD. This amount will be deducted from the refund that you will receive.
On the returns note, fill in the return code for the garment you are returning and include this in the package.

When will I receive my refund?
Your return should take a maximum of 14 days to reach us and be processed. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods (such as holidays and sales), it can take a little longer.

You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days of sending it back to us. Once we have processed the return, you will receive a return confirmation email. If you have not received your return confirmation from us after that time, please contact COS customer service.

You will receive confirmation of your return booking within 14 days of returning it back to us. If you have not received your return confirmation from us within that time, please contact COS customer service. Klarna will contact you directly with information about your refund payment.
