What delivery options do I have?
We offer Standard Home Delivery (US$20 / Free on orders over US$200):
We will deliver your parcel within 3-5 business days, excluding customs processing times. During high season, delivery might take a little longer. Please note that COS is not responsible for any additional time incurred while your parcel is held at Customs.

For alternative delivery options, please contact your local UPS.

Please note that your order is shipped from our Tilburg warehouse in The Netherlands.

How can I track my parcel?
As soon as we start packing your order, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded. You will also be able to track your order under ‘MY ORDERS’ when you log in at My Account.

Online shopping outside the location of residence
If you are shopping in a different location to where you would like your items delivered, you can always change this at the top of the web page, where it says ‘INTERNATIONAL’. Please note that all the prices, delivery times and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the market you would like your items shipped to.

Undeliverable parcels
If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option, it will automatically be returned to COS. To find out more about your parcel please contact UPS.

Import taxes and customs duties
Please note the prices on cosstores.com do not include local sales taxes or VAT. If the value of your order exceeds the toll-free limit in your market, extra fees might be applied for import taxes and custom duties upon delivery. COS does not compensate these charges.

How to pay these fees?
Once the parcel has entered the destination market it will be held by Customs for clearance. During this time, import duties and tax fees (should they apply) will be calculated by the present authority. Our transport partner will contact you once the order has reached the local Customs and inform you what you need to pay before the order can go through customs.

Bank fees
Please note that your bank might add additional fees for cross border payments. COS does not compensate these charges.
