Shadow Objects

Featuring a selection of objects by Seoul-based artists and designers, Shadow Objects is an exhibition curated by Na Kim and Helen Ku that explores ideas of function, subjectivity and documentation. Accompanying each object is an instruction by a selected writer that examines its potential use and the performance of this suggestion has been documented in stark monochrome, highlighting the objects’ form and materiality. The result is an abstract user’s manual, designed to suggest new ways of seeing.
