The item I have seen has sold out. Will you be getting more in?

We always try to re-stock our popular styles to give you the best possible selection of timeless, functional and considered garments for the season. We also offer reinvented classics in new colours, shapes and fabrics – so please keep your eye out! If there is a particular garment you would like to enquire about, please contact your local store.

How do I find out more about the garment I want to buy?

If you have any questions relating to fit, materials or want specific measurements, please contact a member of staff at your local store and they will be happy to advise you. If they don’t have the information to hand, they’ll be sure to get back to you as soon as possible.

I am trying to access your website but there is a problem. Can you help?

We know that it can be frustrating when you can’t view a website properly. If you are having trouble, we have a few things that you can try. The first thing is to make sure that you have the most up-to-date browser. The other is to clear your cookies – this can be done through your internet options. If it still isn’t working, don’t hesitate to contact us!

I want to work for COS. How do I apply?

We are always happy to hear when someone wants to work for us! You can find and apply for all current vacancies here, so this is the best place to start. Unfortunately our stores and customer service team are unable to accept applications. Good luck!

Can I become a supplier for COS?

We take great care with who we work with so that we can continue to provide our customers with timeless, quality garments that live beyond the season. If and when we need to look further, we’ll be sure to research the market and choose the best suppliers to match our customer’s expectations!

Are there opportunities to blog for COS?
